These terms govern the websites and services Zantovia Webs provides. By engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

We design, build, and deploy websites, plus optional ongoing maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed per project.

Payments

• Website projects are typically billed as a deposit to start and the balance before launch.
• Prices are quoted up front. There is no required monthly contract for website builds.
• Optional maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional changes can be quoted separately or covered by a maintenance plan.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the finished website and its content are yours. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Maintenance & hosting

Where you opt into maintenance or hosting, we keep your site secure and online on a reasonable-efforts basis. We aren't responsible for outages caused by third-party providers outside our control.

Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant project.
